I am the Security Manager at a well know Shopping Centre.

Part of our area concern is a licensed venue precinct that incorporates a variety of venues, including bars, restaurants and nightclubs as well as a major shopping centre.

We had been experiencing many behavioural issues around our venues and in the car parks
